This policy explains how OEURE (“we”, “us”) handles information on www.oeure.com and in the OEURE service, our AI host for live business sessions. Questions go to hi@oeure.com.
Our role
OEURE is sold to businesses. When a business runs a session with OEURE, that business decides whether the session is transcribed and whether recaps are sent. For information about session attendees, we act on the business’s behalf and follow its instructions. If you attended a session run by one of our customers, you can also contact that business directly.
What we collect
- Website. This website uses no advertising trackers and we do not set cookies. Our network provider, Cloudflare, records aggregate, cookieless page-view statistics for us. Our network provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Our hosting and network providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to operate and secure the site.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to manage our relationship with you.
- Customer accounts. Business contact details and billing information for the businesses that subscribe to OEURE.
- Session content. To host a session, OEURE processes the session’s audio and the agenda the organizer provides, along with attendees’ display names. Transcripts and recaps are created only when the customer turns them on for a session, and recaps are sent only to the people the customer chooses. The customer is responsible for obtaining any consent its attendees must give.
Private knowledge base
We are building a feature that turns the session content a customer chooses to capture into a private knowledge base for each customer. When it is available and a customer turns it on, the customer will own that content, it will be kept separate from other customers’ data, and the customer can export it or ask us to delete it at any time.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and support OEURE, to bill customers, to keep the service secure, and to respond to you. We do not sell personal information, we do not use session content for advertising, and we do not use customers’ content to train AI models.
AI processing
OEURE’s facilitation runs on Anthropic’s Claude API. During a session, relevant session content is sent to Anthropic to generate the host’s responses, under Anthropic’s commercial terms, which by default do not allow Anthropic to train its models on that data. We also use service providers to host our systems, process audio and deliver email. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
Sensitive information
OEURE is designed for facilitation, not for clinical care or professional advice. Please do not use OEURE to discuss patients’ health information or other sensitive personal information unless we have agreed in writing on how that information will be handled.
Retention
We keep transcripts and recaps only as long as the customer needs them to run its sessions, or as the customer instructs, and we delete them on the customer’s request. We keep business and billing records as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure.
Adults only
OEURE is for businesses and adult audiences. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by writing to hi@oeure.com. If your request concerns a session run by one of our customers, we will work with that business to respond.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated to customers directly.
