Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the OEURE service (the “Service”) by businesses (“Customer”, “you”). If you have a signed order form or agreement with OEURE, that document controls where it differs from these terms.
The Service
OEURE is an AI host that facilitates live sessions by voice, in person, online or both. It follows the agenda you provide, keeps time, manages turns and polls, and, when you turn them on, creates transcripts and recaps.
Fees
Fees are as stated on our pricing page or in your order. Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in US dollars, and taxes are your responsibility.
Your responsibilities
- Tell attendees that an AI host is present, and that a session is transcribed when you turn transcription on.
- Obtain any consents that the law requires for recording or transcribing attendees.
- Use OEURE only with adults (18 and over).
- Do not use OEURE to give medical, legal, insurance or financial advice, for clinical care, or to process patients’ health information unless we have agreed in writing.
- Follow applicable law and Anthropic’s Usage Policy, and do not use OEURE to deceive people about whether they are talking to an AI.
AI output
OEURE’s spoken prompts, polls and recaps are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Review recaps before relying on them. You remain responsible for decisions made in your sessions.
Your content
You own the agendas, session content, transcripts and recaps from your sessions. You give us permission to process them only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep OEURE available and may improve or change it over time. We will give customers reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Service.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, OEURE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
